Qualifications for HR Assistant Generalist

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field
  • With experience in recruitment, employee relations, or general HR functions is an advantage
  • Knowledgeable in HR processes and labor laws
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
  • Can work under pressure and with minimal supervision
  • Willing to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply

Job Description – HR Assistant Generalist

  • Assist in payroll preparation and timekeeping monitoring
  • Process and monitor government mandated benefits such as SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, and BIR requirements
  • Handle employee records, 201 files, and HR documentation
  • Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and employee orientation
  • Monitor employee attendance, leave applications, and disciplinary records
  • Prepare HR reports, memos, and other administrative documents
  • Coordinate with employees regarding HR concerns and inquiries
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations
  • Support other HR and administrative functions as needed
  • Knowledgeable in payroll processing and government mandated benefits administration is required.
