Qualifications for HR Assistant Generalist
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field
- With experience in recruitment, employee relations, or general HR functions is an advantage
- Knowledgeable in HR processes and labor laws
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
- Can work under pressure and with minimal supervision

Job Description – HR Assistant Generalist
- Assist in payroll preparation and timekeeping monitoring
- Process and monitor government mandated benefits such as SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, and BIR requirements
- Handle employee records, 201 files, and HR documentation
- Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and employee orientation
- Monitor employee attendance, leave applications, and disciplinary records
- Prepare HR reports, memos, and other administrative documents
- Coordinate with employees regarding HR concerns and inquiries
- Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations
- Support other HR and administrative functions as needed
- Knowledgeable in payroll processing and government mandated benefits administration is required.
