Responsibilities
Assist in managing employee relations issues and inquiries
Support the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
Facilitate employee engagement initiatives and team-building activities
Conduct employee surveys and analyze feedback to enhance workplace culture
Help resolve workplace conflicts through active communication and mediation
Maintain accurate employee records and assist in HR reporting
Collaborate with management to identify training needs and support professional development programs
Attend Hearing in DOLE if needed
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Strong understanding of HR practices and employment laws
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR software
