About The Role
CloudConsole is hiring on behalf of our client, a multinational trading and service company with offices across Asia. Their Philippine branch specializes in supplying industrial machinery, raw materials, and after-sales services to the manufacturing, aviation, and printing industries.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day HR operations, addressing employee concerns and organizational needs
- Manage end-to-end recruitment, staffing, and onboarding processes
- Administer payroll, timekeeping, compensation, government benefits, and health insurance enrollment/disenrollment
- Ensure legal and regulatory compliance, including DOLE reports and annual business/health permit requirements
- Maintain complete and accurate employee records, leave monitoring, and personnel documentation
- Implement performance evaluations, KPI tracking, and disciplinary actions when needed
- Coordinate training programs (OSH, BOSH, and other required learning sessions) and handle employee relations
- Support administrative tasks including travel bookings, company events, requisitions, and other assignments from the Managing Director
Qualifications
- Graduate from a Bachelor degree program in Human resources, Psychology, behavioral science or another related field.
- Minimum of 23 years of human resource experience
- Has knowledge with labor law and reporting compliance
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in Microsoft 365
- Good command in both spoken and written English
