Job Description

  • Support employee onboarding and offboarding activities, including collection of pre-employment requirements, preparation of HR forms, onboarding documentation, exit clearance processing, and maintenance of employee records.
  • Maintain HR databases, SuccessFactors records, DMS filing, employee master listings, organization charts, staff movement records, and HR documentation with accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Support HR administration processes such as employment contracts, confirmation, promotion, transfer and HR letters, leave administration, COE requests, employee records management, and HR audit requirements
  • Support regulatory compliance activities including DMW reporting, PDOS/CAEP monitoring, DOLE-related documentation, foreign national reporting, annual medical reports, workplace compliance requirements, and other statutory submissions
  • Participate in HR projects, process improvement initiatives, reporting requirements, and other duties as may be assigned by HR Management.
  • This position is a 6-month fixed term contract

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Behavioral Science, Business Administration, or related discipline.
  • 1-2 years experience in HR, administrative is preferred.
  • Intermediate level of knowledge of HR processes and labor compliance
  • Records management and document control
  • MS Office Applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Experience with HRIS/SuccessFactors is an advantage
  • Documentation and record management, confidentiality and integrity
