Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • To oversee and coordinate the day-to-day administrative operations of the office.
  • In charge of procurement and distribution of office supplies, maintaining adequate levels for all departments.
  • Monitor and manage inventory of office equipment and supplies.
  • Process business permit renewals and courier portals.
  • Process vehicle registration and insurance, and fleet management.
  • Prepare requests for payment, liquidate expenses, and route to different signatories.
  • Prepare billings for external vendors and suppliers.
  • Coordinate and oversee maintenance and cleanliness of office space, including liaising with external vendors for repairs and services.
  • Establish and maintain organized and up-to-date records, both physical and electronic.
  • Ensure timely and accurate dissemination of information to employees.
