Key Responsibilities
Handle employee timekeeping and attendance monitoring
Maintain and update HR records and files
Timekeeping preparation and leave monitoring
Support daily administrative operations
Prepare reports and HR documents
Coordinate with employees regarding HR concerns
Perform other HR and administrative tasks as assigned
Qualifications
Graduate of Human Resources, Business Administration, or related course
With experience in timekeeping and administrative tasks
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Strong organizational and communication skills
Keen attention to detail and able to multitask
