Description:

Human resources administrative assistants primarily manage employee records and perform basic office management tasks. They typically report directly to HR managers or HR directors and can be actively involved in the recruiting, hiring, training, and onboarding of new employees.

Duties and Responsibilities:

- Recruitment, Selection and Training

- Employee & Labor Relations

- Enforce company policies, procedures and practices

- Timekeeping & Payroll

- Compensation & Benefits

- Administrative Tasks

Qualifications:

- Male / Female, 25 years old and above.

- Must be a college graduate or equivalent.

- With at least three (3) years working experience in HR.

- Flexible, with pleasing personality, excellent interaction and communication skills.

- Computer literate (knowledgeable at least in using MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint).

- Willing to work with compressed schedule.
