As a Tutor Recruitment & Candidate Experience Specialist, you will manage the full recruitment cycle for parttime tutors, ensuring a smooth, supportive, and wellcoordinated experience for both applicants and internal teams. This role combines candidate outreach, screening, coordination, and documentation to ensure all hiring requirements are completed accurately and on time.
Salary
- Php 18,000 monthly(this excludes perfect attendance bonus of Php1,000.00, night differentials, potential account specific incentives, etc.)

Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full cycle recruitment process for parttime tutors.
- Collaborate with internal teams to understand hiring needs and recruitment timelines.
- Conduct candidate communication, updates, scheduling, and followups.
- Maintain accurate documentation throughout the recruitment process.
- Ensure excellent candidate experience from initial contact to onboarding.
- Uphold confidentiality and ensure sensitive information is handled securely.

- Required: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, able to build rapport with diverse candidates.
- Required: Strong organizational and timemanagement abilities to juggle multiple recruitment pipelines.
- Required: Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally.
- Preferred: Experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR coordination.
- Preferred: Familiarity with applicant tracking systems such as Paycor or other recruitment software.
