We are looking for an HR & Operations Specialist to become a key member of our Operations team, supporting day-to-day business across HR, Administration, and Accounting Administration.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, thrives on multitasking, and is passionate about keeping business operations running smoothly. If you have experience in assistant, coordinator, or multi-functional operations roles—especially within a startup or growing organization—you'll have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact while working across multiple business functions.

ABOUT THE ROLES

Human Resource:

  • Managing recruitment, onboarding, and exit procedures
  • Overseeing the payroll function
  • Ensuring full compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Managing employee relations
  • Proposing appropriate improvement measures to improve employee performance evaluation.

Operations:

  • Provide daily administrative activities to ensure smooth and efficient office operations.
  • Handle basic bookkeeping tasks with accounting service firms, such as expense tracking and invoice processing.
  • Support tasks regarding Commercial Operations Admin (Sales)
  • Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, managing office supplies, coordinating with vendors
  • Provide support to the Board of Directors for air ticket and hotel bookings, as well as administrative tasks during their business trips to the Philippines.
  • Follow the payment timeline for suppliers.
  • Other tasks assigned by the Company.

REQUIREMENT

  • 3-4 years of relevant experience in HR & Administration.
  • Willing to do mindset
  • Strong command of the English language.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
