Primarily responsible for the overall management of the
Human Resources & Administrative Division and the efficient and effective delivery of HR & Admin Services to the
Autohub Group of Companies in accordance with
Autohub philosophy and policies and in compliance with the rules and regulations of government regulatory bodies.
Duties And Responsibilities
- Manages the HR services including strategic & operational planning, talent acquisition, compensation and benefits, employee relations, training and development, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and policies
- Oversees the efficient delivery of Admin services to include general services, procurement, housekeeping, security & safety, asset, construction and facilities management
- Administers the conduct of planning, implementation, monitoring and evaluation of the departments performance in accordinace with the Autohub Group Performance Management System
- Initiates/recommends HR & Admin policies, systems and procedures and monitors the proper, strict and consistent implementation, enforcement and evaluation thereof
Qualification Requirements
- Graduate of a Bachelors Degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Business Management/Administration or related course
- With 10-12 years relevant work experience, 5 7 years of which are in a managerial capacity
- Knowledgeable in government / statutory rules and regulations
- Knowledgeable in organizational concepts and principles in management and supervision
- Willing to work on a multi-location set-up
