Job Description

Position Overview

  • Support the Country Head in managing the overall Human Resources and Administration functions of the local entity.
  • Ensure local operational processes are aligned with ASUS Headquarters policies and comply with local regulations.
  • Establish and implement HR and administrative management policies and procedures.
  • Drive continuous improvement in local HR and administrative operations to support business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and coordinate legal and administrative affairs with ASUS Headquarters and external stakeholders in line with the company's strategy and vision.
  • Manage the full spectrum of HR and administrative operations, including HR management, office administration, facility management, maintenance planning, tendering processes, and contractor management.
  • Supervise office administration and operational functions to ensure smooth daily operations and effective cross-departmental communication.
  • Maintain alignment and communication with ASUS Headquarters while fostering a high-performance and collaborative team culture.
  • Support the Country Manager in managing and improving local office operations and administrative processes.
  • Ensure all local HR and operational processes comply with both HQ policies and local labor regulations.
  • Propose strategies and initiatives to continuously improve operational performance and meet company standards.
  • Participate in and support special projects or assignments initiated by the company or ASUS Headquarters when required.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Minimum of ten (10) years of relevant work experience in Human Resources, preferably in a managerial or leadership capacity and in a multinational environment.
  • Strong leadership skills with a detail-oriented and results-driven mindset.
  • Proven problem-solving abilities and the capability to manage multiple responsibilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Mature, professional, and able to perform well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Comfortable working with people and supporting operations in the IT industry.
  • Willing to be assigned in Ortigas, Pasig City.
