We are looking for a proactive, results-driven HR & Admin Assistant (Receptionist) who can work independently while supporting daily office operations, including front desk management, office services, supplies, and facility coordination, to ensure a smooth and efficient workplace.
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's Bachelor of Science in Psychology, Human Resources, or any related degree
- With at least 1-2 years of relevant experience in HR and administrative functions
- Has proven work experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a comparable role
- Demonstrates solid knowledge of office management and administrative procedures
- Knowledgeable in DOLE policies and standards, particularly in handling third-party service provider personnel
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Possesses strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively
- Experienced in office management, including monitoring office supplies and ensuring cleanliness and orderliness of the workplace
- Highly self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work with minimal supervision
- Trustworthy and maintains confidentiality
- Amenable to work on-site in Greenhills, San Juan City
- Can start immediately.
Job Description
- Responsible for welcoming visitors and providing accurate information, assistance, and directions to clients and guests of the organization
- Manages appointment calendars, sorting and distributing mail, preparing documents and copies, and coordinating with couriers and messengers
- Provide comprehensive administrative support services, including but not limited to housekeeping coordination, office services, company uniform scheduling, ordering and distribution, as well as the procurement and management of office pantry and medical supplies
- Coordinate with VMPCC Building Personnel for maintenance work, coordinating with service providers involving telecommunication services, air-conditioning repairs and installation, pest control, office FFE (Facilities, Furniture, and Equipment) repairs and maintenance, etc.
