Welcomes visitors and provides accurate information, assistance, and directions to clients and guests of the organization (Receptionist)
Manages appointment calendars; sorts and distributes mail; prepares documents and copies; and coordinates with couriers and messengers
Provides comprehensive administrative support services, including housekeeping coordination, office services, company uniform scheduling, ordering and distribution, and the procurement and management of office pantry and medical supplies
Coordinates with VMPCC Building Personnel and external service providers for facility maintenance, including telecommunication services, air-conditioning repair and installation, pest control, and the repair and maintenance of office facilities, furniture, and equipment (FFE)
Practices 5S standards in the workplace to promote safety, efficiency, and organization
Upholds and protects the company's image, values, and reputation at all times
Performs other related duties and responsibilities as may be assigned by the immediate superior from time to time
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Human Resources, or any related course
At least 1 - 2 years of relevant work experience in HR and administrative functions
Solid knowledge of office management and administrative procedures
Knowledgeable in DOLE policies and standards, particularly in handling third-party service provider personnel
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively
Above-average communication skills with excellent interpersonal and relationship-building abilities
Experienced in office management, including monitoring office supplies and maintaining cleanliness and orderliness of the workplace
Highly self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work with minimal supervision
Trustworthy and able to maintain confidentiality at all times
Amenable to work on-site in Annapolis St., Greenhills, San Juan City
