We Are Looking For Someone Who Has
- Currently taking up bachelor's degree in human resources, Psychology, and another related field.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Has basic understanding in local law legislations and its related implementation.
- Has basic understanding in data analytics and can translate data into action.
- With good interpersonal to form effective working relationships with people in the organization and professional communication skills to work effectively with individuals and teams of staff with different levels of technical knowledge.
- Structured, accurate, systematic, and committed to deliver within deadlines.
- Has result-oriented mindset.
- Has good oral and written communication skills in English language
- Internship must be required by the University (not voluntary training)
- Amenable to report onsite in Makati.
Your Mission
- Promote and assists in health and wellness programs in lieu of engagement and lead engagement activities.
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR strategies and programs related to the function.
- Assist in pre201 and e201 file management.
- Assist in local administrative duties, communication and documentation related to work responsibilities.
- Assist in Talent Acquisition activities such as cold calling, applicant invitation, preparation for Swag Kits, speed-friending and others.
- Assist in Training program and engagement initiatives and activities.
- Perform other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
