Your Role
As a
HR Administrator, you will:
- Execute transactional data entry across the full employment lifecycle, seamlessly managing movements from onboarding to terminations.
- Update and maintain accurate employee records across core platforms including Alesco (HRIS), Active Directory, and JDE.
- Manage the shared HR inbox, systematically assigning tasks and using task management tools to organize daily workflows.
- Conduct regular audits of system entries to ensure absolute data accuracy and prevent downstream processing errors.
- Package and transfer critical employee file updates to the payroll team to ensure accurate, on-time compensation processing.
- Generate regular HR reports, distribute document reminders, and coordinate administration for company programs like service awards.
- Utilize and refine technical work instructions and reference materials to resolve internal customer queries efficiently.
- Partner directly with the HR Process & Data Management team to align data standards and improve workflow efficiencies.
What You Need
Non-negotiables
- HRIS Data Management: Proven experience updating and navigating complex HR systems, directory services, and ERPs (specifically Alesco, Active Directory, or JDE).
- Employment Lifecycle Administration: Solid understanding of the transactional requirements for onboarding, contract variations, and employee offboarding.
- Meticulous Audit Skills: Exceptional attention to detail with a track record of auditing financial or personal data for system integrity.
- Inbox & Workflow Governance: Strong organization skills to handle high-volume shared inboxes and ticketing tools under strict turnaround times.
- Payroll Liaison Experience: Demonstrated capability to accurately package and pass critical structural data to payroll processors.
Preferred Skills/expertise
- Prior experience working within a shared services HR model or a high-volume corporate environment.
- Strong baseline knowledge of how HR data configurations directly impact corporate IT infrastructure (Active Directory) and business planning tools (JDE).
- Ability to interpret complex organizational data and build clear, step-by-step technical work instructions for peers.
- High customer service orientation with a history of supporting diverse internal employee groups.
- Exposure to process optimization projects within an HR data governance framework.
