Summary

DescriptionSummary of This Role

The role will provide professional and proactive support on global / worldwide contractors onboarding and offboarding activities and supplier / vendor management with a high standard and quality service that is within service level agreements.

What Part Will You Play

Onboarding

  • Validate the supplier/vendor has a SOW / Contract with valid end date (not expired) and a purchase order (PO).
  • Sends requests to TACOE if the supplier / vendor is new and not yet available in the company's supplier system.
  • Onboarding of contractor in the HRIS - Workday and share the WD ID to the hiring manager and supplier / vendor POC
  • Track / monitor the completion of the background check and attestation forms

Offboarding

  • Send out reminder to the hiring manager of a contractor with expiring contract / end of contract

Vendor Management

  • Manage processing of supplier / vendor invoices or billing statement
  • Main point of contact for recruiting suppliers / vendors for contractor onboarding /offboarding related tasks, fostering good communication, and resolving disputes or escalations

What Are We Looking For in This Role

Minimum Qualifications

  • College Diploma or Equivalent
  • Relevant Experience in: handling onboarding, offboarding and recruiting vendor management activities
  • Typically Minimum 2 Years Relevant Exp

Preferred Qualifications

  • Relevant professional HR qualification or equivalent experience
  • Preferably with work experience gained in multinational companies and/or same business model Shared Services Delivery

  • Problem Solving - Collaborate with appropriate parties to resolve team member issues
