What You'll Do

  • Process HR and payroll forms, ensuring accurate and timely employee and position updates across HR systems.
  • Maintain HR databases, systems, templates and records, ensuring data accuracy, confidentiality and compliance.
  • Provide HR systems support, troubleshoot user queries, and manage profiles, permissions and workflows.
  • Support performance, remuneration and annual review processes, including preparing relevant documentation and reports.
  • Manage the HR inbox and provide timely, professional administrative support to employees, managers and HR stakeholders.
  • Prepare HR reports, workforce data, employee correspondence and documentation for HR Business Partners and management.
  • Coordinate recruitment administration, including contracts, pre-employment checks, position setup and personnel files.
  • Support employee onboarding and offboarding, ensuring smooth, compliant and well-documented employee transitions.

Key Criteria


  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Administration or a related field.
  • HR or Administration certification is highly desirable.
  • Previous experience in HR and recruitment administration.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience with HR processes, systems and databases.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Excellent attention to detail with strong data accuracy skills.
  • Highly organised with strong time management and the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Work setup:

  • Manila (BGC, Taguig): Australian hours (6am - 3pm PHT) with a full-time, on-site for the first 2–3 days, transitioning to a full-time work-from-home setup thereafter.
