Reporting to the Director the HR Administration Support role is essential in delivering efficient and effective administrative services to both internal teams and clients. The primary objective is to ensure seamless office operations, enhance client support, and contribute to the HR consulting team's success.

- HR Software Management:
- Assist with HR Software, Employment Hero implementations and maintenance.
- Maintain a document management system within Employment Hero for templates, policies and induction content.
- Develop and provide instruction manuals to clients regarding Employment Hero.
- Create client-specific templates and documentation in Employment Hero.
- Onboard new employees and issue employment contracts via Employment Hero. Ensure employee files are up to date.
- Update and maintain Employment Hero and issue HR letters and documentation throughout the employee life cycle.
- Assist with Employment Hero system implementations and optimisation.
- Post Employment Hero dashboard notifications and announcements
- Critique and format documents ready to go out to clients
- Provide administration support to the HR Team
- Assist with recruitment as directed by the Recruitment Manager.
- Coordinate training and development workshops
- Assist with the preparation of HR-related presentations and reports.
- Continuously improving all our documents within our extensive HR library both visually and content.
- Keeping updated all our operational manuals, checklists and documents.
- Ensure all client records are maintained in accordance with compliance requirements. Run regular reports to check data integrity.
- Manage client documentation, ensuring proper filing and retrieval systems.
- Ensure confidentiality and security of client data.
- Other projects as directed.
- Troubleshoot technical and user issues in Employment Hero and liaise with the Employment Hero support team to resolve issues.
- Liaise with clients to provide solutions
- Skills and knowledge of HR administration
- Strong organisational and administrative skills
- Highly skilled in cloud-based HR technology, preferably Employment Hero
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Is highly organised with a strong ability to plan/prioritise and deliver outcomes within tight time frame.
- Can solve problems and suggest viable solutions
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
- Excellent English both verbal and written.
- At least 5 years experience in a generalist HR administration role.
- Experience in an outsourcing HR model or HR consulting would be an advantage
- Is a team player and motivated to provide support to the HR team
- Passionate about delivering efficiencies and compliance through maximizing the use of technology.
- Is proactive, identifying issues and solutions
- Ability to build positive relationships.
- Has a high sense of urgency and is conscientious in getting back to clients quickly
