Job Responsibilities

1. Be responsible for the recruitment of the local team in the Philippines and the maintenance of recruitment channels. Based on the recruitment plan of the head quarters and business requirements, complete the establishment of sales, customer service, influencer and other teams.

2. Be responsible for the full life cycle management of local employees: personnel entry, transfer, employee file management, attendance management, social security (SSS, PhilHealth, PagIBIG) and employee relationship handling, ensuring compliance with Philippine labor laws and company management requirements.

3. Coordinate administrative affairs: maintain office order and environment, optimize local administrative management processes, and establish relevant SOPs.

4. Understand the local personnel management and business progress, be able to identify business pain points and provide corresponding solutions.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in Human Resources Management, Business, or Management; English or Chinese can be used as working languages.

2. At least 2 years of expatriate or permanent residence experience in the Philippines, familiar with local labor laws, government procedures and culture.

3. At least 2 years of recruitment and team management experience, with a background in furniture, building materials, e-commerce or manufacturing industries preferred.

4. Proficient in Office software, capable of independently generating recruitment and human resources analysis reports; candidates with experience in building a 0-1 team will be given priority.

5. Strong ability to handle pressure, willing to accept annual business related travel.
