We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive HR Admin Supervisor to support and oversee daily HR operations. This role is ideal for someone with hands-on experience in recruitment, employee relations, and HR administration within a dynamic work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and support day-to-day HR and administrative functions
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes
- Handle employee relations concerns in a professional and timely manner
- Ensure compliance with Philippine labor laws and company policies
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation
- Assist in implementing HR programs, policies, and procedures
- Coordinate with different departments to support organizational needs
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Proven experience in HR functions
- With supervisory or team leadership experience
- Background in IT, BPO, or fast-paced environments is an advantage
- Knowledgeable in Philippine Labor Laws and HR best practices
- Experience in recruitment, employee relations, and HR operations
- Proficient in HRIS and MS Office applications
