Job Description

HR & Admin Supervisor

The HR & Admin Supervisor is responsible for overseeing human resources, administrative operations, internal systems, SOP implementation, and organizational performance tracking. This role ensures operational efficiency, policy compliance, KPI monitoring, and consistent execution of company processes across departments.

Key Responsibilities

Human Resources

  • Oversee recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and offboarding
  • Maintain employee records, contracts, and HR documentationImplement HR policies and ensure labor law compliance
  • Support performance evaluations and employee development initiatives
  • Monitor attendance, leave management, and disciplinary processes
  • Support organization leveling

KPI Monitoring & Reporting

  • Track departmental and company KPIs on a weekly and monthly basis
  • Prepare operational performance reports and dashboards for management
  • Identify workflow inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and performance gaps
  • Coordinate with departments to ensure KPI alignment and accountability
  • Monitor outputs, productivity, turnaround times, attendance metrics, and operational targets

SOP Development & Compliance

  • Develop, document, update, and implement company SOPs
  • Ensure all departments follow standardized operational procedures
  • Conduct periodic SOP audits and process reviews
  • Train employees on workflows, policies, and operational standards
  • Recommend process improvements to increase efficiency and consistency

Operations & Process Improvement

  • Support management in streamlining workflows and internal systems
  • Assist in implementing operational tools, trackers, and reporting systems
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives across teams
  • Help establish accountability structures and operational discipline

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field
  • 35 years experience in HR, administration, or operations management
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills
  • Experience in KPI tracking, reporting, and SOP management
  • Proficient in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and project/task management tools
  • Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills

Preferred Skills

  • Experience building operational systems in a growing company
  • Familiarity with performance management frameworks
  • Process-oriented mindset with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to balance people management with operational execution
