Job Description

  1. Registered Nurse
  2. Attends to employees needing medical attention and assistance.
  3. Coordinates any work-related injuries/illnesses to Safety Officer forimmediate investigation and corrective actions
  4. Prepares, updates and maintains medical records of employees
  5. Requests, maintains and controls proper stocks of medicines.
  6. Gathers, prepares, and presents varioushealth and safety information for employee's awareness.
  7. Submits and follows-up with Philheath and SSS documentation and reimbursements on sickness, maternity, and magna carta
  8. Prepares requirements needed for the annual examination of employees
  9. Dissemination of the health information for the benefit of all employees. Conduct Health Awareness Programs in accordance to DOH Calendar.
  10. Prepare analysis and trending of sickness consultation results and recommend for appropriate medical learning program and actions
  11. Management of Lactating Facility
  12. Keep the company updated with OSH guidelines in coordination with the safety officer
  13. Monitors and coordinates the canteen, its performance and concerns coming from employees and the canteen personnel as well. Conduct regular canteen audits and submit reports.
  14. Attend and assists in company sponsored activities as needed
  15. Manages the HMO benefits
  16. Support in monitoring and review of timekeeping reports of all employees and reconciles with relevant functions absence report, and other related records
  17. Issues Explanation Letter/Disciplinary Action, AWOL Notices to erring employee violating healthcare protocols
  18. Keeps the company updated with government mandated benefits such as maternity, paternity and sickness
  19. May assist in submission and documentation of government requirements, such as, but not limited to PEZA, DOLE, DOH, BOC, DTI
  20. Assist in day-to-day function of HR & Admin group whenever needed
