Qualifications

  • Bachelors Degree in Human Resource Management or any related course
  • CHRP certification is an advantage
  • At least 5 years of experience in General Human Resources
  • Extensive experience in payroll processing, recruitment, and employee relations
  • Strong knowledge of Philippine Labor Laws and the Labor Code
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Excel
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Tagalog
  • Must have at least 3 reachable professional references
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and efficient
  • Able to work with minimal supervision
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Demonstrates high integrity and professionalism
  • Flexible with working hours and willing to render extended hours when needed
  • Willing to work alternating Saturdays
  • Must be willing to work in Paraaque / Merville, Pasay area

Duties And Responsibilities

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

  • Develop recruitment strategies to fill open positions with qualified candidates
  • Review job advertisements before posting
  • Screen candidates and coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers
  • Ensure an efficient recruitment and hiring process

Employee Relations & HR Management

  • Handle employee relations matters including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions
  • Conduct investigations and ensure fair and consistent HR decisions
  • Manage employee inquiries and provide guidance on HR-related concerns
  • Work closely with department heads regarding employee performance and concerns
  • Implement engagement and retention programs to reduce attrition

HR Operations & Compliance

  • Manage onboarding and offboarding processes including orientation, clearance, and exit procedures
  • Maintain employee records and personnel files (201 files)
  • Prepare HR documents such as memos, notices, and employment certifications
  • Ensure company policies and procedures are properly implemented and updated
  • Ensure compliance with Philippine labor laws and company regulations

Payroll, Attendance & Benefits Administration

  • Handle payroll preparation and computations
  • Monitor employee attendance and prepare regular attendance reports
  • Manage leave records, absences, and disciplinary suspensions
  • Process government contributions and employee benefits including SSS, Pag-IBIG, and PhilHealth
  • Coordinate with government agencies regarding policy updates and compliance

Performance Management

  • Assist in structuring and conducting quarterly performance evaluations
  • Support managers in addressing employee performance issues

Administrative & Office Operations

  • Oversee day-to-day office operations and ensure an organized work environment
  • Maintain company server organization and HR document filing (digital and hard copy)
  • Manage vendor relationships for office supplies, equipment, and services
  • Handle facilities management including office maintenance and space planning

Additional Responsibilities

  • Support other departments when necessary
  • Perform other HR and administrative tasks as assigned by management

Work Schedule

Monday - Friday: 9:00 AM - 7:00 PM (Compressed work schedule)

Alternating Saturdays: Twice a month (9:00 AM - 4:00 PM)
