Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for an HR & Admin Manager at AGENT INFINITY INC. The role involves overseeing HR functions, managing administrative tasks, recruitment, policy implementation, employee relations, and ensuring compliance with labor laws. This position will be based in Pasig City but will also allow for some work from home flexibility.

Qualifications

  • HR Management, Recruitment, and Employee Relations skills
  • Administrative Management and Policy Implementation skills
  • Knowledge of labor laws and compliance requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently
  • Experience in the BPO industry is a plus
  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
