Job Description

Provides support to managers, other employees, and office visitors by handling a variety of tasks in order to ensure that all interactions between the organization and others are positive and productive.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Has at least 6 months of relevant experience
  • Fresh graduates with relevant internship experience are welcome to apply
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Should know the basics of Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Willing to work 5x a week onsite in both Quezon City and Taguig

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Perform general office duties such as filing, document management, and scheduling
  • Handle internal and external communications, including emails, calls, and memos
  • Assist in inventory and procurement of office supplies and equipment
  • Maintain organized records and databases
  • Assist in onboarding new hires (pre-employment requirements, document tracking, welcome kits, etc.)
  • Help coordinate offboarding processes
  • Support employee engagement initiatives
  • Be part of the logistics team in planning and executing company events (e.g. team buildings, corporate gatherings, wellness activities)
  • Coordinate with suppliers, venues, and internal stakeholders
  • Assist in preparing materials, communication, and logistics for events
