Provides support to managers, other employees, and office visitors by handling a variety of tasks in order to ensure that all interactions between the organization and others are positive and productive.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Has at least 6 months of relevant experience
- Fresh graduates with relevant internship experience are welcome to apply
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Should know the basics of Microsoft Excel and Word
- Willing to work 5x a week onsite in both Quezon City and Taguig
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Perform general office duties such as filing, document management, and scheduling
- Handle internal and external communications, including emails, calls, and memos
- Assist in inventory and procurement of office supplies and equipment
- Maintain organized records and databases
- Assist in onboarding new hires (pre-employment requirements, document tracking, welcome kits, etc.)
- Help coordinate offboarding processes
- Support employee engagement initiatives
- Be part of the logistics team in planning and executing company events (e.g. team buildings, corporate gatherings, wellness activities)
- Coordinate with suppliers, venues, and internal stakeholders
- Assist in preparing materials, communication, and logistics for events
