We're looking for an HR Admin who's organized, proactive, detail-obsessed, great with peopleand works well with Excel spreadsheets, receipts, and the occasional site visits for purchasing tasks.

- Employment Type:6-Month Fixed-Term Contract | Possible absorption depending on business needs after ongoing HR housekeeping and transitions.
Why This Role Exists:
With HR movements and company transitions underway, we're strengthening our admin backboneespecially around vendors, payments, and operations. This role is essential during this period, and if the need stays after stabilization, a regular position is on the table.
Role:
HR Operations & Timekeeping
- Validate and reconcile submitted timesheets (part of the vendor payment process).
- Monitor third-party employee contracts (project-based renewals, expirations).
- Support recruitment, onboarding compliance, and documentation.
Procurement, Billing & Vendor Coordination
- Handle procurement-related tasks and coordinate with HR suppliers and partners.
- Manage HR vendor billing: verify attendance/usage, prepare payment references, and track all dues and approvals.
- Maintain accurate logs, trackers, and masterlists (inventory, contracts, vendor files, etc.).
Inventory & Fieldwork
- Manage HR-related inventory.
- Will assist the Procurement team with other company-related purchases and inventory management.
- Conduct occasional site visits to suppliers or partner stores/sellers for pickups, coordination, or inventory checks.
General HR Support
- Organize records and maintain employee information.
- Assist in HR events, programs, and logistical needs.
What We're Looking For:
Non-negotiables
- 35 years HR Admin experience, including procurement, billing, or vendor coordination.
- At least 6 months of timekeeping experience or a strong willingness to learn and perform timekeeping validation for vendor billing.
- Proficient in Excel(comfortable with formulas and basic analysis).
- Very strong record-keeping skills the kind that would make auditors smile.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or any related course.
- Excellent organizational skills and sharp attention to detail.
- Strong communication and coordination skills; personable and professional.
- Trustworthy and able to handle confidential information discreetly.
- Flexible and proactivecan jump into events, programs, and ad hoc tasks without being spoon-fed.
