- Assist the Housekeeping Supervisor in assigning daily tasks and cleaning schedules to housekeeping staff.
- Monitor the quality of work performed by the housekeeping team to ensure cleanliness standards are maintained.
- Provide hands-on support and training to new and existing team members.
- Conduct routine inspections of guest rooms, common areas, and other assigned spaces.
- Report maintenance issues, safety hazards, and supply shortages to the Supervisor.
- Ensure that all cleaning equipment and supplies are properly used and maintained.
- Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
- Cover duties of absent staff as needed to ensure uninterrupted housekeeping service.

- Bachelors degree in Hospitality Management, Facility Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in housekeeping or facility services, with at least 1 year in a leadership or supervisory role.Previous leadership or team lead experience is an asset.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with staff and management.
- Physically fit and capable of lifting, bending, and standing for long periods.
- Proficient in basic computer skills (e.g., MS Office) and familiarity with housekeeping management systems is an asset.
