Job Description

  • Assist the Housekeeping Supervisor in assigning daily tasks and cleaning schedules to housekeeping staff.
  • Monitor the quality of work performed by the housekeeping team to ensure cleanliness standards are maintained.
  • Provide hands-on support and training to new and existing team members.
  • Conduct routine inspections of guest rooms, common areas, and other assigned spaces.
  • Report maintenance issues, safety hazards, and supply shortages to the Supervisor.
  • Ensure that all cleaning equipment and supplies are properly used and maintained.
  • Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
  • Cover duties of absent staff as needed to ensure uninterrupted housekeeping service.
  • Foster a positive and cooperative team environment.b
  • Bachelors degree in Hospitality Management, Facility Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in housekeeping or facility services, with at least 1 year in a leadership or supervisory role.Previous leadership or team lead experience is an asset.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with staff and management.
  • Physically fit and capable of lifting, bending, and standing for long periods.
  • Proficient in basic computer skills (e.g., MS Office) and familiarity with housekeeping management systems is an asset.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.b

Work Location: Taguig City, Makati City and Quezon City Area
