  1. Oversee and manage TGSI site operations to meet client expectations.
  2. Provide weekly updates on operations, client and employee issues, and important matters needing attention.
  3. Identify training needs and recommend programs to improve staff performance and productivity.
  4. Collaborate with other TGSI departments (HR Services, Procurement, Talent Acquisition, Legal, Finance) on operational needs, payroll, benefits, client concerns, and compliance.
  5. Report critical incidents to Head Office as necessary.
  6. Explore potential new business opportunities.
  7. Support marketing efforts to promote TGServices to other companies.

Job Qualifications

  • Must have a degree in Hospitality or equivalent.
  • At least 5 years of relevant work experience.
  • Preferably a supervisor or someone with 5+ years of experience.
  • Must have experience in the hospitality industry (e.g., hotels, resorts).
  • Knowledge of building maintenance (housekeeping, technical maintenance is a plus).
  • Familiarity with Integrated Facility Maintenance (IFM).
  • Strong HR and people management skills.
