Experience: At least 2 years experience as a Public Area Housekeeping Supervisor in the Hospitality industry. Preferably in an Island Hotel Resort.

• Supervise and coordinate housekeeping staff to ensure efficient operations and adherence to cleaning standards.
• Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house areas to maintain quality and safety.
• Provide training, guidance, and support to housekeeping team members to enhance performance and service standards.
• Monitor and manage inventory of cleaning supplies, linens, and amenities, ensuring proper usage and timely replenishment.
• Address guest requests, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally.
• Ensure compliance with health, hygiene, and safety regulations, including proper waste management.
• Assist in scheduling and assigning daily tasks to staff, ensuring adequate coverage of operations.
