Housekeeping Supervisor

Job Summary

The Housekeeping Supervisor oversees the daily housekeeping operations to ensure guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house facilities are clean, well-maintained, and meet the hotel's quality standards. This is a full-time, onsite role based in Boracay, responsible for supervising housekeeping staff, maintaining cleanliness, and supporting the successful pre-opening and operational readiness of the property.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Supervise Housekeeping Operations: Oversee the daily cleaning and maintenance of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house facilities, ensuring compliance with hotel standards and cleanliness protocols.
• Ensure Quality and Guest Satisfaction: Conduct regular inspections of rooms and common areas, address housekeeping concerns, and ensure prompt resolution of guest requests and service issues.
• Lead and Develop the Team: Supervise, train, coach, and evaluate housekeeping associates while ensuring adherence to company policies, SOPs, and service standards.
• Manage Housekeeping Resources: Monitor room status, linen inventory, cleaning supplies, equipment, and coordinate replenishment to support efficient operations.
• Coordinate with Other Departments: Work closely with Front Office, Engineering, Laundry, and other departments to ensure room readiness, preventive maintenance, and seamless guest experiences.
• Support Pre-opening and Operational Readiness: Assist in developing housekeeping procedures, conducting team training, setting up operational standards, and supporting pre-opening activities to ensure a successful hotel launch.
