Job Description

Maintain cleanliness of guest rooms and common areas
Perform laundry and ironing duties
Restock supplies and amenities as needed
Report maintenance issues to management
Follow health and safety guidelines
Assist with deep cleaning and special projects
Provide excellent customer service to guests
Educational Qualifications: High School diploma or equivalent is required.
Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience in housekeeping or similar roles. Preferably with TESDA NC 2 Certificate
Skills and Competencies: Proficient in general cleaning, organizing, disinfection, and carpet cleaning; strong customer service orientation.
Working Conditions: Typically work in residential or commercial settings; may require physical stamina.
Qualities and Traits: Attention to detail, reliability, strong work ethic, and positive attitude. Preferably with TESDA NC 2 Certificate
