Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role, located in Metro Manila, for a Housekeeping Manager. The Housekeeping Manager will oversee daily housekeeping operations, ensure guest rooms and public areas meet the highest standards of cleanliness, and manage the team effectively. Responsibilities include staff training, scheduling, supervising laundry services, maintaining inventory levels, and ensuring adherence to health and safety standards for a superior guest experience.

Qualifications

• Strong Supervisory Skills and proven experience in team leadership and staff management
• Experience in managing Laundry services and ensuring proper cleanliness and efficiency
• Excellent Customer Service and Communication skills to interact effectively with guests and staff
• Proficiency in interviewing, Selecting, and Hiring housekeeping staff
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations in hospitality settings
• Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness
• Previous experience in a hospitality, hotel, or resort setting is an advantage
• Hospitality-related certification or diploma is preferred but not required
