The Housekeeping Head will manage, lead by example, and work with the housekeeping team in making sure that the facilities and indoor areas are well-kept, clean, properly maintained, and welcoming. This is to prolong the life of these areas, prevent deterioration, control costs, and make sure they are pleasing to be in for guests & visitors. We are looking for a head who will take ownership of the following
Lead and train the housekeeping team to maintain a high standard of cleanliness and presentation across the georeserve
Exercise detail-orientedness, resourcefulness and operations management in her role
Lead waste management and zero waste management practices
Monitor and adjust cleaning and maintenance schedules of facilities
Supervise training of housekeeping trainees with comprehensive program
Lead 3-4 housekeeping staff with areas not close to one another
Monitor and enable efficient and effective performance of the housekeeping team
Monitor related equipment, inventory, & supplies
Provide support for hospitality operations and coordinate with operations and visitor experience teams for special events and guest activities
Conduct barracks inspections
Minimum Qualifications
At least 23 years of housekeeping experience, with 1+ year in a supervisory or leadership role
Strong leadership, delegation, and team development skills
Excellent attention to detail and pride in ones work
Organized, honest, and able to maintain confidentiality and discretion
Strong analytical and planning skills
Good communication skills
Excellent problem-solving skills
Must be in good physical condition for outdoor activity as the area is a sprawl
Must know how to drive motorcycle.
Must be willing to live on-site in Baras, Rizal on work days where on-site quarters are provided
