Role Overview:
The Housekeeping Attendant will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and organization within a luxury private residence. This role requires attention to detail, discretion, and the ability to deliver exceptional service in a high-profile household.
Key Responsibilities:
- Cleaning & Maintenance:
- Perform daily cleaning of all rooms, including bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas, and common spaces.
- Care for delicate surfaces, luxury furnishings, and high-end materials using appropriate cleaning techniques.
- Ensure proper upkeep of household appliances and report any maintenance issues promptly.
- Laundry & Wardrobe Care:
- Handle washing, ironing, and steaming of clothes and linens with care.
- Organize wardrobes and assist with packing/unpacking as needed.
- Household Organization:
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and request replenishment when necessary.
- Keep storage areas neat and organized.
- Guest & Event Support:
- Assist in preparing rooms for guests and special occasions.
- Support household staff during private events or gatherings.
- Confidentiality & Professionalism:
- Maintain strict confidentiality regarding household and family matters.
- Uphold the highest standards of discretion and respect for privacy.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Minimum 35 years of experience in housekeeping within luxury residences or 5-star hotels.
- Knowledge of cleaning techniques for high-end materials and surfaces.
- Ability to handle laundry and wardrobe care professionally.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Discreet, trustworthy, and service-oriented.
