The property features a Business Center, Meeting Room, Meridian Lounge, and two restaurants—Hatsu Hana Tei (Japanese) and Coca Cafe—providing guests with convenient amenities on-site. Since opening in 1997, Herald Suites has distinguished itself by delivering intimate, boutique-style accommodations combined with attentive service that reflects Filipino warmth and traditions.

Role Description The Hotel Sales Executive is a full-time, on-site role based at Herald Suites in Makati. This role is responsible for generating room and event revenue by identifying new business opportunities, nurturing existing accounts, and maintaining strong relationships with corporate, travel, and group clients. Daily activities include conducting sales calls and client visits, preparing proposals and contracts, coordinating site inspections, and responding promptly to inquiries. The Hotel Sales Executive collaborates closely with front office, reservations, and F&B teams to ensure seamless execution of bookings, events, and special packages. The role also involves monitoring market trends, participating in sales campaigns and promotions, and preparing regular sales reports and forecasts to support revenue goals.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated experience in hotel or hospitality sales, with skills in account management, relationship building, and revenue generation.
  • Strong communication and negotiation abilities, including confident presentation skills and professional client-facing interaction.
  • Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple accounts, deadlines, and detailed contract or proposal work.
  • Comfort with basic sales reporting, use of reservation or CRM systems, and proficiency in standard office software tools.
  • Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to high service standards and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional hotel teams.
  • Previous experience in the Makati or broader Metro Manila hospitality market is an advantage.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality Management, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including occasional evenings, weekends, or holidays, based on business needs.
