Job Description
We are currently hiring a Hotel Reservation Agent to assist guests with hotel bookings and reservation-related concerns in a fast-paced BPO environment. You will be responsible for handling inquiries, processing reservations, and ensuring customers have a smooth and hassle-free booking experience.
This role is ideal for individuals looking for hotel reservation jobs in Manila, BPO jobs with no experience required, and entry-level customer service positions with career growth opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, chat, or email
- Assist guests with hotel bookings and reservations
- Process cancellations, rebookings, and modifications
- Provide accurate information on room availability, rates, and hotel policies
- Resolve customer issues efficiently and professionally
- Document all customer interactions in the system
- Escalate complex concerns when necessary
- Meet quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction targets
WORK SCHEDULE & TRAINING
This is a shifting schedule role, including weekends and holidays. Full paid training is provided for all new hires.
Requirements
- No experience required
- High School or Senior High School graduate (college level or graduate is an advantage)
- Open to fresh graduates and career shifters
- Good English communication skills, both verbal and written
- Customer-focused and detail-oriented
- Basic computer skills and ability to multitask
- Willing to work onsite in Malate, Manila and on shifting schedules
