Job Description
We are looking for Hotel Reservation Agent to assist guests with booking inquiries, reservation changes, cancellations, and general hotel-related concerns. The role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a customer-first mindset to ensure a smooth and positive guest experience.
Job Responsibilities
Handle hotel reservation inquiries via phone, chat, or email
Assist guests with booking, modification, and cancellation requests
Provide accurate information about hotel rates, amenities, policies, and availability
Document customer interactions and reservation details accurately in the system
Escalate complex concerns or complaints to the appropriate team
Meet quality assurance and customer satisfaction standards
Schedule & Training
Shifting schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays
Paid training on hotel reservation systems and customer service processes
Qualifications
At least High School or Senior High School graduate
Strong English communication skills
Customer-focused with good attention to detail
Basic computer and multitasking skills
Willing to work onsite in Cebu City
