We're looking for a highly motivated, detail-oriented and determined Hotel Reconfirmations Consultant to work with our growing team in our beautiful office in Makati.
Responsibilities:
- Using the back office to source booking information
- Effectively confirms hotel reservations by calling or emailing the property
- Reconfirms with the hotel all details including any special requests
- Sources property contact details if unavailable in the back office and updates any details for future correspondence
- Identifies problem bookings and liaises with the Partner Care Team to fix potential issues before check-in
- Other admin tasks as assigned by the Partner Care Team Lead or Client
Requirements:
- Must be willing to work on-site and graveyard shifts
- Previous experience working for a hotel distribution channel is preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
