Build the #1 Emerging Wellness Resort in the Midwest

Forest Springs Resort is looking for a reliable, professional, and highly responsive Hotel Online Concierge to assist guests and manage online communication for our growing hospitality properties.

This role is ideal for someone with excellent English communication skills, strong customer service experience, and the ability to create a warm and professional guest experience.

About Forest Springs Resort

Forest Springs Resort is a 59-room boutique wellness hotel and wedding destination located in the Ozark Mountains of Eureka Springs, Arkansas. Backed by The Vesta Group™, the property is being fully reimagined into a next-generation wellness retreat where nature, design, and intentional hospitality come together. This is not a stabilized hotel and not a passive operation.

We are actively building a fast-growing hospitality brand focused on exceptional guest experiences and operational excellence.

Schedule

  • Thursday – Wednesday
  • Remote Position
  • Philippines-based applicants only
  • Shift: 3:00 AM CST – 10:00 AM Philippine Time

Compensation

  • Starting pay: $400/month (Part-Time)
  • Opportunity to transition into a Full-Time role at $800/month based on performance, reliability, and availability

  • Responsibilities
    • Respond promptly to guest inquiries via Airbnb, email, text, and booking platforms
    • Assist guests before, during, and after their stay
    • Handle reservations, check-in/check-out instructions, and guest concerns
    • Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams when needed
    • Maintain professional, friendly, and solution-oriented communication
    • Help ensure a smooth and excellent guest experience
    • Support the growth of a rapidly expanding wellness hospitality brand

    Requirements
    • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
    • Neutral or clear English accent preferred
    • Strong customer service and problem-solving abilities
    • Reliable internet connection and quiet work environment
    • Organized, detail-oriented, and responsive
    • Previous hospitality, hotel, Airbnb, or customer support experience is a plus
