Job Description

Qualifications:

Licensed Registered Nurse (RN) with updated PRC license
`With BOSH Certification
Strong background in first aid, emergency care, and infection control protocols
Knowledge of DOLE-mandated Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) standards
Excellent communication skills and the ability to coordinate with guests and with various hotel departments
Experience in a hotel clinic or occupational health setting is an advantage
Proficient in clinic documentation, incident reporting, and handling confidential employee health records
Familiarity with HMO processes and medical utilization tracking
Flexible with shifting schedules and able to support hotel operations as needed
