Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and strategic Marketing Executive who will act as a brand champion and client partner for our B2B segment, particularly Travel Agencies. This role requires someone who can think like a Brand Managerstrategic, detail-oriented, client-focused, and highly skilled in both traditional and digital marketing.
Key Responsibilities
1. Client Relationship Management (B2B)
- Build, manage, and strengthen relationships with partner Travel Agencies and corporate clients.
- Serve as the main point of contact for marketing collaborations and campaign requirements.
- Conduct regular business reviews and identify growth opportunities.
- Understand client needs deeply through proactive communication and research.
2. Strategic Marketing Planning
- Develop and execute strategic marketing plans aligned with brand objectives and sales targets.
- Act as a brand steward, ensuring consistency in messaging and positioning across all channels.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments within the travel sector.
- Translate business objectives into actionable marketing strategies.
3. Traditional & Digital Marketing Execution
- Plan and implement integrated marketing campaigns across:
- Traditional channels (print, events, activations, partnerships, OOH)
- Digital platforms (social media, email marketing, website content, paid ads, performance marketing)
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize strategies based on data and insights.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners for campaign execution.
4. Proposal Development & Business Growth
- Create comprehensive and persuasive marketing proposals for B2B partners.
- Develop customized campaign decks and partnership presentations.
- Gather relevant data, insights, and business information to support recommendations.
- Present proposals confidently to internal stakeholders and external clients.
5. Research & Insight Gathering
- Proactively gather information through client meetings, market research, and data analysis.
- Ask the right questions to uncover client pain points and business opportunities.
- Provide actionable recommendations based on collected insights.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
- At least 24 years of experience in Marketing, preferably in B2B or Travel Industry.
- Strong knowledge of both traditional and digital marketing strategies.
- Experience handling Travel Agencies or B2B accounts is an advantage.
- Excellent presentation and proposal-writing skills.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and results-driven.
