Role Description

The Hotel Manager is responsible for managing the overall direction and conduct of business procedures in terms of ensuring productivity, profitability, service delivery, public image, standardization as well as allocation, control and use of resources of assigned WITHIN THE LIMITS OF generally acceptable business and ethical standards as well as established guidelines, standards and procedures of the Property Hotel and the Corporate Office IN ORDER TO sustain sound business performance and competitiveness through strategic and efficient means of achieving defined goals, objectives, targets and budget set for assigned Property Hotel

Qualifications

  • Graduate of any business course, preferably with higher studies;
  • At least ten (10) years of working experience in overall hotel operations in a five star hotel, five (5) years of which in managerial capacity;
  • Strong management background in either food and beverage, rooms or sales and marketing;
  • Excellent management, communication and leadership skills; and,
  • Established network in the industry.
