We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Hotel Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of the property and ensure exceptional guest experiences. The Hotel Manager will be responsible for leading all operational departments, driving financial performance, maintaining service excellence, and ensuring compliance with company standards and policies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the overall operations of the hotel, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery.
• Lead and support department heads in Front Office, Housekeeping, Engineering, Food & Beverage, and other operational areas.
• Ensure high levels of guest satisfaction and promptly address guest concerns and feedback.
• Monitor financial performance, budgets, forecasts, and operational expenses to achieve revenue and profitability goals.
• Drive sales initiatives and support business development activities to maximize occupancy and revenue.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety regulations, and industry standards.
• Develop, coach, and manage team members to foster a positive and high-performing work environment.
• Prepare operational reports and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
