Responsibilities
- Assist customers with hotel bookings, cancellations, and modifications
- Check room availability, rates, and hotel policies
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve concerns
- Provide excellent customer service
- Meet quality and productivity targets
Qualifications
- High School or Senior High School graduate
- No BPO or call center experience required
- Good English communication skills
- Basic computer skills
- Willing to work onsite and on shifting schedules
