Job Description

I. MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:

  • Achieves assigned quarterly targets set by the Management
  • Cultivates the existing and potential foreign mass patrons and converts them into premium patrons with greater Theo/Win contributions and a more frequent visitation pattern
  • Processes customer transactions in HALO (House Advantage Loyalty System), including but not limited to membership sign-ups, redemptions, and complimentary issuances to High-Value Patrons (HVPs)
  • Assists in the issuance of complimentary items (gifts, transportation, food and beverage, and/or rooms) while adhering to the room and complimentary approved and allowable transaction amount matrix
  • Recognizes leading foreign players and develops an in-depth understanding of their preferences and gaming habits
  • Strengthens and nurtures connections with HVPs through consistent communication and personalized interactions
  • Plans and coordinates business trips for new acquisitions and patron relationship building, traveling to patrons origins as needed
  • Collects customer feedback related to Business Development programs and services, focusing on their experiences and suggestions, and reports the data to the Management
  • Stays up-to-date on the Company's latest products, services, promotions, and events
  • Addresses patron inquiries and concerns and informs them of their benefits and privileges
  • Communicates and translates for foreign-speaking patrons
  • Effectively communicates with both internal and external customers, demonstrating respect in all interactions
  • Updates and declares shared Outlook business calendar for weekly itinerary and meet-and-greet with guests and reports back to report to the property once schedule permits
  • Assists other divisions with translation requirements for forms and interviews with patrons
  • Ensures the team's adherence to the Company's Standard Operating Procedures upholds the Service Standards implemented by the department at all times
  • Performs additional duties and responsibilities as prescribed by the Management

II. JOB SPECIFICATIONS:

Educational Requirement:

  • At least High School graduate.
  • University/College diploma in Hospitality, Marketing or Business Administration is an advantage.

  • Experience Requirement:
  • At least 2 years experience in gaming industry.

Skills and Attributes:

Technical Skills:

  • Proficient in MS Office applications.
  • Knowledgeable with different applications and platforms, such as but not limited to HALO, Kiosk, Marketing Media Server (MMS), Sugar - Customer Relation Management (CRM), G System, Fusione, Opera and iTable/iGaming.

Other Qualifications:

  • Good presentation and communication skills, both oral and written.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • With a pleasing personality, well-groomed, and professional demeanor.
  • Fluent in written and oral English. Must be a native speaker proficient in reading and writing any other foreign language, such as but not limited to Chinese, Japanese, Korean, Thai, Vietnamese, or any other specified foreign languages.
  • Understands and able to embrace the culture and etiquette of each of the assigned countries.
  • Can work in flexible schedules. Able to work outside the standard work week as business needs. Willing to work outside the property as
