Role Description The Hospitality Leaders role is a full-time, on-site position based at Newport World Resorts in Manila. Hospitality Leaders oversee day-to-day guest service operations across hotel, casino, food and beverage, and entertainment areas, ensuring consistently high standards of service and satisfaction. They coordinate with front-of-house and back-of-house teams, handle guest inquiries and concerns, and guide team members in delivering welcoming, efficient, and professional hospitality service. The role includes monitoring service quality, assisting in implementing operational procedures, and supporting promotions and events to enhance the guest experience. Hospitality Leaders also help train staff, reinforce brand standards, and contribute to a culture of safety, integrity, and teamwork.

Qualifications

  • Strong Hospitality and Hospitality Service skills, with experience in hotel, resort, or integrated leisure environments.
  • Excellent Customer Service and Communication skills, including the ability to interact effectively with diverse guests and team members.
  • Knowledge of Food & Beverage operations, such as restaurant, bar, or event service, is highly desirable.
  • Proven leadership, team coordination, and problem-solving abilities in fast-paced service settings.
  • Ability to work on-site in Manila on varying shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed.
  • Prior experience in hospitality, tourism, or entertainment industries preferred; supervisory experience is an advantage.
  • Relevant education in Hospitality Management, Tourism, Business, or a related field is beneficial.
  • Professional appearance, resilience under pressure, and commitment to inclusivity, safety, and guest satisfaction.
