Key Responsibilities
Reservations & Guest Services
- Manage guest inquiries via phone, email, and messaging platforms.
- Assist guests with booking reservations and answering questions regarding accommodations and services.
- Maintain reservation records accurately and efficiently.
- Provide exceptional customer service while maintaining professionalism and patience.
- Support reception and front-desk operations as needed.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth guest experiences.
Administrative Support
- Perform a variety of administrative tasks to support day-to-day operations.
- Assist leadership with operational and management support activities.
- Maintain organized digital records and documentation.
- Handle data entry and tracking responsibilities.
- Support special projects and operational initiatives.
Billing & Payment Coordination
- Track wedding and event-related payments.
- Record incoming payments accurately in spreadsheets and internal trackers.
- Coordinate with accounting regarding payment confirmations.
- Send payment acknowledgements and confirmations using existing templates.
- Maintain accurate payment logs and records.
Qualifications
Required
- Experience in hospitality, hotels, resorts, property management, or guest services.
- Previous reservation handling experience.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent customer service abilities.
- Comfortable using spreadsheets and tracking information.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Preferred
- Experience using Guesty or similar property management systems.
- Experience tracking payments or expenses.
- Experience supporting events or weddings.
