Hospital Operations

Our client, a leading global strategy consulting firm is looking to engage with a consultant with strong hands-on experience in hospital operations and healthcare commercial strategy, ideally with on-the-ground exposure to the Philippine healthcare ecosystem.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of hospital operations, business models, revenue streams, and commercial drivers within the Philippines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide insights and advisory support on hospital operations, processes, and performance improvement initiatives.
• Analyze hospital commercial models, revenue drivers, pricing structures, and operational efficiencies.
• Support market assessments and strategic initiatives within the Philippine healthcare sector.
• Work closely with stakeholders to understand operational challenges and identify opportunities for growth and optimization.
• Leverage local healthcare market knowledge to provide practical, on-the-ground recommendations.
• Support business planning, healthcare strategy, and transformation initiatives as required.

Skills Required

-Proven experience working within hospital operations, healthcare consulting, hospital management, or healthcare commercial roles.

-Strong understanding of the Philippine hospital landscape, including operational workflows and commercial practices.

-Experience with hospital finance, revenue cycle, business development, or healthcare strategy is preferred.

-Ability to engage with senior healthcare stakeholders and translate operational insights into -actionable recommendations.

-Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

-Experience with hospitals, healthcare groups, healthcare consulting firms, or healthcare investment/strategy projects.

-Familiarity with Philippine healthcare regulations, market dynamics, and provider networks.
