Hospital Concierge (Patient Care Navigator)
Purpose Of The Job
The Health Ambassador ensures smooth, high-quality medical support for patients by coordinating care, assisting with hospital processes, and acting as a liaison between patients, medical facilities, and International SOS.
Job Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Support patient care (appointments, admissions, discharge, and follow-ups)
- Assist with hospital navigation, registrations, and medical translation
- Coordinate cases and updates with Assistance Centers
- Advocate for patient safety, comfort, and well-being
- Ensure confidentiality and compliance with SOPs
- Handle reports, documentation, and daily briefings
- Be available on-call (24/7)
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree; 3+ years in customer service, translation, or medical support
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Fluent in English and Tagalog
- Familiar with local medical facilities
- Willing to work in a fast-paced, on-call environment
