Duties and Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with Property Management when it comes to reviewing and checking the developments landscapes and horticulture.
- Assist in the conceptualization and design of outdoor spaces and visual representations and layouts using, but not limited to, computer aided applications and software, and provide cost estimates.
- Analyze environmental reports and consider factors like drainage, energy usage, and sustainable design.
- Select and recommend appropriate landscaping materials and plant selection that are functional, cost effective, aesthetically pleasing, and maintenance friendly.
- Review plans, estimates, supervise and coordinate with consultants and contractors, and oversee progress of landscape projects.
- Provide recommendations on conservation and sustainability and ensure design compliance with relevant code regulations and policies.
This role would be an onsite role, where you'll be assigned to our head office in Ortigas, Pasig. Nonetheless, this role would also entail occasional visits to our developments to effectively achieve these duties and responsibilities.
Qualifications:
- graduated with a Bachelor's Degree in Forestry or Landscape Architecture
- is a Licensed Forester / Landscape Architect
- With 3-5 years experience in Horticulture, Landscape Planning and Design, and Project Supervision.
- Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit).
- Excellent attention to detail and a strong sense of aesthetics.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
